Where do the products come from ?
All of our products are certified as geniune products of Portugal. We travel periodically throughout the year to find the best artisans throughout Portugal. Then we select each piece and arrange for shipment back to our headquarters in Senoia, Georgia where we carefully inspect each piece and catalog it before we place it for sale on the website.
Is each piece really unique ?
Yes. Because all of our products are made by hand in the traditional way, each piece is truly "one-of-a-kind". Each item is shipped with a certificate of authenticity stating that it is a handmade product from Portugal.
How can I be sure that the pottery I order will arrive in good condition ?
We carefully inspect each piece once it has arrived in our warehouse before we offer it for sale. Once your order is received, your item is inspected a second time and then packed with great care. We use only the most reliable shipping carriers who provide package tracking systems.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase ?
Once you receive your item we are confident that you will be pleased. However, we do offer a full refund for any item returned within 14 days. Please read our policies for complete details on our guarantee.
Can I match items by pattern ?
Yes, but keep in mind that each piece is individually painted by hand. There will be variation in the painted pattern on similar pieces, which only adds to the value of the product.
